Del Quondam Cello Farm and Agritourism
The Del Quondam Farm has a history that dates back to the early 1800s.
The farmers who worked this land were our great-grandparents, whose lives were marked by hard work and many sacrifices.
1876 is believed to be the year the house was first renovated.
An ancient tile discovered during maintenance work bears witness to this.
Vittorio Del Quondam is now the owner of the farm, which boasts approximately 100 hectares of owned and leased land.
We grow wheat, barley, fava beans, lentils, sunflowers, chickpeas, spelt, corn, and hay in our fields.
Many of these grains and legumes are used as feed for our animals.
Rooms and Apartments
The agriturismo offers both rooms and apartments (with kitchens, bathrooms, and air-conditioned rooms with full linens) of varying sizes, nestled in the greenery of our estate.
Offering complete privacy, the place is also safe for children to run free in the meadows.
On the farm, you can combine fun with relaxation or swim in the pool, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards.
Go hiking or mountain biking along the small, unpaved country roads. We also cater for pets.
Restaurant
The restaurant is our strong point: everything we cook is exclusively home-grown.
The pasta is homemade, and the beef, lamb, and pork come from our own farm, which is on site and available for visits at any time.
In addition to beef cattle, primarily Chianina, we also have dairy cattle.
We have fresh milk every day, which we use to make fresh and aged cheeses, ricotta, and yogurt.
During the fall and winter, you can enjoy our chickpea, farro, and lentil soups, paired with our own freshly produced olive oil.
Pool and Services
The Agriturismo and Fattoria Del Quondam is truly an oasis of peace and tranquility.
Far from the chaos of traffic, yet close to all of Umbria’s most important tourist, artistic, historical, and cultural destinations, it offers a range of services specifically designed for the well-being of our guests.
Absolutely not to be missed, in the surrounding area, we recommend the Abbey of San Felice, the Abbey of San Cassiano and Stifone.
The large swimming pool, complete with loungers, umbrellas, and tables for hot summer days, is open to all.
The vast outdoor spaces, surrounded by quiet and lush nature, rejuvenate the spirit and the eyes.
Don’t miss the generous samplings of our cold cuts and cheeses, accompanied by our own wines and extra virgin olive oils.
Educational Farm
For the little ones, visits to animal farms are highly recommended, allowing them to learn about them and study them up close.
And the large play area, surrounded by olive trees. A protected space where children can play together happily.
With our electric car, adults and children alike can visit our farm and its animals.

The Farm
Fattoria Del Quondam is dedicated to the production of cereals, oil, wine and livestock, and conducts its activities respecting the centuries-old Umbrian farming traditions.
Livestock farming is the company’s main activity and is divided into three sectors: pigs, sheep and cattle.
The latter is the prevalent one: We raise exclusively cattle of the most prized Italian breeds such as Chianina and all the mares from which the calves that grow on the farm are born are provided with a pedigree certificate.
