The result of our work ends up on this table because what you will eat, we made it.
But don’t think that everything starts in the kitchen, as the journey is much longer… It is in the fields and stables that our family’s work is concentrated.

Zero-mile cuisine
Ours is a traditional cuisine, simple and full of passion.
The raw materials we use are mostly home-grown, and the dishes we create reflect the peasant traditions of the past.
That’s why, when you eat one of our first courses, you’re reminded of the almost forgotten flavor of homemade pasta on Sundays, from when you were little.
Our restaurant was selected for Umbria by Alessandro Borghese’s 4 Ristoranti, thus participating in the ninth edition of the television program.
Our proposals
Our menu features primarily meat-based dishes, with a special focus on vegetarian options.
We offer wines from our own production (Merlot, Sangiovese, Rosso di Montefalco, and Sagrantino for reds; Grechetto for whites).
