Local wines<\/h2>\n

We produce our wines<\/a> with grapes grown in vineyards located on the hills at the foot of the Martani Mountains in the Montefalco DOC\/DOCG production area.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The entire production process, from grape harvesting to the subsequent processing stages, is carried out by hand and by hand, using traditional equipment.<\/p>\n

The transformation method<\/strong> reflects traditional practices in light of current knowledge. This allows us to produce quality wines without the use of invasive technologies and chemical interventions, fully respecting the natural characteristics of the raw materials, which are then reflected in the finished product. <\/p>\n

We thus obtain a unique wine<\/strong> as it is the fruit of an irreproducible combination of soil, climate and transformation method.<\/p>\n

It has a bright and consistent golden yellow colour.<\/p>\n

The destemmed grapes are placed in vats where fermentation begins spontaneously.<\/p>\n

It has an intense red colour with garnet hues.<\/p>\n

Montefalco Sagrantino Wine<\/strong><\/p>\n

Obtained from 100% Sagrantino<\/strong> grapes typically harvested at the end of October when the phenolic ripeness allows for a consistently powerful but not astringent tannin.<\/p>\n

The destemmed grapes are placed in vats where fermentation begins spontaneously.<\/p>\n

To the eye it appears to be an intense and compact red colour, almost impenetrable.<\/p>\n
